What Happens Next
From order confirmation to a prepared package.
After your order is confirmed, it moves into preparation before shipment. During this stage, order details can be reviewed, products are readied for dispatch and the package is prepared for its next step. Processing and shipping are separate stages, so the 3–5 business day delivery estimate begins after your package has been dispatched.

Your order enters the preparation flow after checkout and confirmation.

Order information is checked so the preparation process can continue smoothly.
Prepared for Dispatch
The order is readied for shipment and moved toward carrier handoff.
On the Way
Once dispatched, the shipping stage begins and tracking can be used to follow the delivery journey when available.

Delivery begins after dispatch.
Once the package leaves the preparation stage and is dispatched, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
